Advantages of Homeschooling Homeschooling is one alternative that is becoming really popular these days, growing at about seven to 15 percent every year since it has broken ground several years ago. To date, there are about two million children undergoing the program. Although there have been arguments against it, children who have undergone the program actually do well on standardized tests and even do well in college and universities. Confining a teen to high-school home schooling is a very smart but tough decision a parent can do as best option for a child, especially if the family is influential in the community. The ultimate advantage of home schooling is SAFETY. It means the child, who is a very vulnerable minor, will be fully attending a complete education without the hazard of unsafe classrooms. The modern-day complexity in today's lifestyle, made possible the accreditation of various studies within the confines of a home. There are various reasons why it is done so, especially to exceptional cases in the nature of work, and the situations of life one has been drawn into.
