Adam Eason is the author of a book called," Secrets of Self-Hypnosis: Harnessing the Power of Your Unconscious Mind" and is teaching seminars on self hypnosis. Once you have the basics of hypnosis down, then you can move on to how to use hypnosis to manage your pain. When you are ready to learn how to use self hypnosis to manage your pain, there are books out there that will teach you all that you need to know. These great authors have put together books that will walk you through it and have you out of pain. The Self Hypnosis Kit by Cherith Powell and Greg Forde will walk you through how to self hypnotize yourself. This book has an audio cassette that is to be used following the reading of the book. With this kit you will be shown how to use hypnosis to relieve stress, build your self confidence, heal yourself and even to relieve the pain of childbirth. Self hypnosis is going to basically train your employees to be more efficient and better employees all around. Thus allowing you the boss to have a more sharper and quicker memory. By strengthening your memory, you will be able to encode more details about a specific event, more of these details will be stored into your memory and later more of the details can be retrieved at one time. If you are having difficulty using your inner voice to place subliminal messages in your mind, then one thing that you can do is record your voice saying these positive messages. That way during a self hypnosis session all you have to do is work on getting into a relaxed state of mind and the tape recording will do the work placing the positive messages in your mind. One thing you can say to yourself is that I am going to count backwards from 5 and when I reach 1 I will become alert. Then proceed to count backwards slowly from 5 to 1. When you reach 1 you will be alert and your self hypnosis session will have ended. Some people may choose to do a self hypnosis session at night before bed.
