While that made beer more accessible to the general public, connoisseurs and hobbyists have never stopped brewing their own beer. Home brewing was most popular in England during that era, largely because it's customary for feudal manors to make sure that beer is available for consumption for the lords and their subjects. This means that man being the rational animal through its gifts of creativity was able to cope with change and allow history to take place and continue its journey. Let me simplify it. The history of brewing is also the history of evolution. The beers that our ancestors brew are not the same with the beers we have today. As already identified early on, often the impatience of the brewer can become a mistake as well. For example some brewers will bottle the brew even if the brew is not yet primed for that. It is best to not bottle the brew at the early phase since the release of the gasses will continue even when already inside the bottle. There are two kinds of tubing that you may need for this purpose. The first one is the small tubing which can be used from transferring the beer to the bottle. And the second one is the larger one that has at least an inch for diameter. Returnable grade bottles. In home brewing business, consider these returnable grade bottles as must-haves. If one or more of these ions are present in high amount in the local water, then you can always 'adjust' the content of the local water for brewing. What you can do is to dilute the tap water available by using distilled water if you think that the concentration of some ions is high. Or you can also make use of some additives if you found out that the count or the concentration of some ions in the local water is too low. This process is very crucial, coz fermentation process is susceptible to bacteria and other organisms that may eventually contaminate and affect the quality of the beer. 5. Pour the wort into the fermentation pail. Then slowly add cooled and lukewarm water until you can make 5 galloons. While doing that, make it sure that the temperature is maintain between 21-27 degree Celsius.
