This may seem discouraging, but additional work, especially work that is usually outside of your purview, is a blessing in disguise. This enables you to expand your skills and learn a lot more about the working of the company which is exactly what the company wants. This means they can see how issues can sometimes affect the companies' employees. Heading off any problems before they begin, they can keep the company focused on work and not be blindsided by petty issues or surprise problems. This also gives them a chance to plan for the future and give the company a clear set of goals that the company can aim for. From a total dependence on financial capital, economies all over are now dependent on human capital. Human resources In the midst of economic upswings and downswings, companies have realized that money for investment is abundant than ever before. Even in the middle of the present economic crunch, money had been deposed as the number one scarce resource in business. Experts say that once leaders realize that life is never-ending journey to learning, they will be able to find ways to their successes. To keep one's self-motivated, tell leaders not to stop learning because this opens up to new worlds of possibilities that are waiting to be explored. If a leader continues learning through reading or by trying different things, he or she can gain more confidence to do things and start with new projects. Being a leader directly involves other people for it to become effective. Leaders will know if they are effective if they can find ways to share their experiences as well as the ideas to others so they can influence them. - Persuade them to continue learning. Effective leaders don t stop learning new things because this enables them to acquire new skills that can help them achieve the goals that have been set by the company or their fellow leaders. It is usually categorized into two that include individual leadership development or collective leadership development. Individual leadership training focuses on the behavior of the leader when it comes to achieving the goals for the company and in interacting with employees. The collective leadership development on the other hand refers to the entire process of enhancing leadership skills.
