How ReviewsRelay turns completed visits into a better Google review routine.
Connect one Google profile, choose how much can run automatically, and let ReviewsRelay handle the repeated work around every visit and review. You keep control of sensitive replies, public content, and the connection itself.
Local business owners who want to understand exactly what ReviewsRelay automates, what still needs approval, and what happens during the first week.
Five connected steps with one visible owner control at every step
Connect the Google profile you manage
Sign in with Google, choose one authorized location, and import the reviews already on that profile.
Owner control: You choose the profile and can disconnect it from Settings.
Hand off completed customers fairly
Add a customer, import a CSV, or use Square, Vagaro, Mindbody, Zapier, Make, or a secure webhook after the visit is complete.
Owner control: Every eligible customer receives the same review destination. Opt-outs, duplicates, missing contact data, and the 90-day contact window are checked first.
Classify each review before drafting
ReviewsRelay reads the rating, written feedback, and risk signals before creating a reply or reusing praise.
Owner control: Sensitive, medical, legal, safety, abuse, spam, and serious complaint language stays in owner review.
Publish only what the selected mode allows
Safe Mode keeps everything drafted. Balanced Mode can send safe written 5-star replies. Pro adds Full Autopilot for eligible replies and approved weekly posts.
Owner control: You can edit, approve, pause, or make the automation more conservative at any time.
Reuse genuine praise and review the week
Eligible written 5-star reviews can become Google Posts, branded graphics, and captions. The Monday summary shows what moved and what still needs attention.
Owner control: Marketing content stays tied to real review language, and rating-only or risky reviews are excluded.

Frequently asked questions
How long does ReviewsRelay take to set up?
Most owners can connect Google, import reviews, choose a voice, and inspect the first drafts in about ten minutes. A completed-visit integration can take longer because provider webhook access and a controlled test are required.
Do I have to connect a booking or point-of-sale system?
No. You can add customers manually or import a CSV. Growth and Pro also support Square, Vagaro, Mindbody, Zapier, Make, and a secure webhook when automatic customer intake fits the business.
Does ReviewsRelay send review requests only to happy customers?
No. That would be review gating. ReviewsRelay uses the same fair Google review destination for every eligible customer and suppresses only operationally ineligible contacts such as opt-outs, duplicate events, missing contact details, or recently contacted customers.
What can publish without approval?
Every new workspace starts in Safe Mode, so nothing publishes without approval. Balanced Mode can auto-send eligible safe written 5-star replies. Pro customers can deliberately choose Full Autopilot for additional eligible replies and approved weekly posts.
What happens when a review is sensitive or negative?
The review stays in the approval workflow with a careful draft and a visible reason. Medical, legal, safety, abuse, spam, serious complaint, rating-only, and other risky cases are not treated as routine marketing material.
What will I see each week?
The workspace and Monday summary show review activity, replies, request outcomes, published or drafted content, performance changes, and the small number of items that still need an owner decision.
