- Choose how much runs on its own: Start with drafts only. Turn on auto-replies for safe 5-star reviews whenever you are comfortable.

- Never auto-publish a risky reply: 3-star and lower, rating-only, sensitive, and complaint-heavy reviews always wait for you.
- Never auto-reply to medical, legal, or safety reviews: Those land in your drafts with a careful starting point, and a real person decides.
- Never create, hide, or remove a review: No fake reviews, no incentives, no filtering unhappy customers away from Google.
- Never sell Google Business Profile data or train third-party models on it: Google Business Profile data is used to run the product, not to serve ads or train generalized AI models.

Can I try ReviewsRelay before paying?
Yes. Start free, look at a sample built for your type of business, and connect the Google Business Profile location you manage only when you are ready. The 14-day trial starts when you choose it, and no card is required.
Does ReviewsRelay post replies to my Google profile automatically?
Only when you turn that on. The default is drafts only. If you allow it, safe 5-star replies can go out on their own; everything else waits for your approval.
What happens with negative or sensitive reviews?
3-star and lower reviews, complaints, rating-only 4-star reviews, and reviews mentioning medical, legal, or safety topics are never published on their own. They wait in your drafts with a calm suggested reply.
Can review requests go out automatically after a visit?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect Square, Vagaro, or Mindbody directly, use Zapier or Make, or upload a spreadsheet. You can also add customers one at a time.
Can I review and edit replies before anything goes live?
Yes. Every reply draft is editable in the workspace, and the same approval queue applies to Google posts and graphics made from reviews.
Can I cancel or disconnect Google anytime?
Yes. Disconnect Google from Settings at any time and ReviewsRelay stops importing and publishing immediately. Cancel your plan in one click; the workspace stays available through the end of the paid period.
Will ReviewsRelay create fake reviews or remove bad ones?
No. ReviewsRelay never creates or removes reviews, never asks only happy customers, and never offers incentives. Every customer gets the same honest request.
How is this different from using ChatGPT for replies?
ChatGPT writes one reply when you paste a review in. ReviewsRelay watches Google for new reviews, drafts each reply, turns strong reviews into posts and graphics, and sends a weekly summary so the work actually happens every week.
Is ReviewsRelay affiliated with Google?

Does it work for multi-location businesses?
Every self-serve plan covers one Google Business Profile location. Two locations can use separate self-serve workspaces; the assisted roll-up starts with three Growth locations at $117 a month. Agencies use a separately scoped portfolio plan.

Will this improve my Google ranking?
ReviewsRelay does not guarantee rankings. It keeps your profile active, your reviews answered, and your best feedback visible, which makes the profile more trustworthy to people deciding whether to call.
What Google permissions do you need?
Only what is needed to read your reviews and publish the replies and posts you approve for the location you connect. You can remove access at any time from Settings.
Can I use this without auto-publishing?
Yes. Keep "Draft everything for me" on and ReviewsRelay only prepares replies, posts, and graphics for you to approve.
What happens on day 15?
If you added a card during the trial, the plan you chose starts. If you did not, the workspace pauses and nothing is charged. Your reviews and drafts stay put either way.
