Does ReviewsRelay post replies to my Google profile automatically?

Only when you choose an automation mode that allows eligible safe reviews to auto-send. Balanced Mode is limited to safe 5-star replies; everything else stays in owner review by default.

Can I review and edit replies before anything goes live?

Yes. Every draft is editable in the workspace, and the same approval queue applies to Google Posts and graphics generated from reviews.

What happens with negative or sensitive reviews?

3-star and lower reviews, complaints, rating-only 4-star reviews, and reviews containing medical, legal, or safety language are never auto-published. They are flagged or drafted for owner review with a calmer suggested draft.

Can I disconnect Google Business Profile anytime?

Yes. Disconnect from Settings in the workspace at any time. ReviewsRelay stops importing reviews and publishing immediately, and stored Google tokens are revoked.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Choose monthly or yearly billing, cancel from the Stripe billing portal in one click, and the workspace stays available through the end of the paid period.
