Connecting Google and previewing your first drafts usually takes about ten minutes. Booking or checkout connections can take longer and include a controlled test. Nothing publishes until you say so.
- Connect your Google profile: Sign in with Google and pick your location. Your existing reviews import in about a minute.
- Add customers, or connect your booking or checkout system: Preview a CSV or set up a supported connection. Verify the trigger, permissions, and a test request before enabling automatic sends.
- Choose how much runs on its own: Choose a request cadence and a posting schedule. Approve public replies and posts before they reach customers.
- Approve from your phone, read the summary on Monday: Start with owner approval for every reply. Flagged and unclear reviews need your judgment; the Monday summary shows recorded activity.

- Approval comes first: Every public reply and Google Post requires approval. Automation prepares drafts and publishes only approved content.
- Detected concerns go to a person: Medical, legal, privacy, and injury signals trigger owner review. Detection can miss context, so every public reply still needs your judgment.
- Never create, hide, or remove a review: No fake reviews, no incentives, no filtering unhappy customers away from Google.
- Never sell Google Business Profile data or train third-party models on it: Google Business Profile data is used to run the product, not to serve ads or train generalized AI models.

Can I try ReviewsRelay before paying?
Yes. Start free, look at a sample built for your type of business, and connect the Google Business Profile location you manage only when you are ready. The 14-day trial starts when you choose it, and no card is required.
Does ReviewsRelay post replies to my Google profile automatically?
ReviewsRelay collects reviews and prepares replies automatically. Every public reply requires your approval. After approval, the reply can publish to your connected Google profile.
What happens with negative or sensitive reviews?
3-star and lower reviews, complaints, rating-only 4-star reviews, and reviews mentioning medical, legal, or safety topics are never published on their own. They wait in your drafts with a calm suggested reply.
Can review requests go out automatically after a visit?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect Square, Vagaro, or Mindbody directly, use Zapier or Make, or upload a spreadsheet. You can also add customers one at a time.
Can I review and edit replies before anything goes live?
Yes. Every reply draft is editable in the workspace, and the same approval queue applies to Google posts and graphics made from reviews.
Can I cancel or disconnect Google anytime?
Yes. Disconnect Google from Settings at any time and ReviewsRelay stops importing and publishing immediately. Cancel your plan in one click; the workspace stays available through the end of the paid period.
Will ReviewsRelay create fake reviews or remove bad ones?
No. ReviewsRelay never creates or removes reviews, never asks only happy customers, and never offers incentives. Every customer gets the same honest request.
How is this different from using ChatGPT for replies?

What Google permissions do you need?
Only what is needed to read your reviews and publish the replies and posts you approve for the location you connect. You can remove access at any time from Settings.
Can I use this without auto-publishing?
Yes. Keep "Draft everything for me" on and ReviewsRelay only prepares replies, posts, and graphics for you to approve.
What happens on day 15?
If you added a card during the trial, the plan you chose starts. If you did not, the workspace pauses and nothing is charged. Your reviews and drafts stay put either way.
