Contracting party
ReviewsRelay is owned and operated by Swift Pixel LLC. References to "ReviewsRelay," "we," "us," and "our" in these terms mean Swift Pixel LLC doing business through the ReviewsRelay product.
Acceptable use
ReviewsRelay must only be used to manage Google Business Profiles that the account holder is authorized to manage. The product must not be used to publish content that is misleading, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the Google Business Profile policies.
Customer reviews
Reviews remain the property of the customers who wrote them. ReviewsRelay processes review text only to draft replies, posts, graphics, snippets, captions, and summaries. Owners are responsible for confirming that any auto-published content is appropriate before automation is enabled in a more permissive mode.
Automation modes
The default Balanced Mode keeps lower-rating, sensitive, and ambiguous reviews in the approval queue. Owners may opt into more permissive automation, including Full Autopilot, but accept responsibility for the published content under those modes.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout. Current self-serve monthly plan prices are Starter at $19, Growth at $39, and Pro at $79, with discounted annual checkout available when shown in the product. Owners may cancel at any time. Refunds for partial periods are issued at our discretion. Pricing or feature limits may change with notice through the product or by email.
Account export and deletion
Authenticated owners can export account and workspace data from Settings. Owners can also delete the ReviewsRelay account and workspace data from Settings after confirming the signed-in account email. Deletion removes active sessions, saved workspace data, Google connection tokens, and ReviewsRelay-owned synced records, subject to provider-side retention obligations and legal requirements.
Service availability
ReviewsRelay is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API incidents (Google, Resend, Stripe), and force majeure events may interrupt automation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewsRelay's aggregate liability for any claims arising from use of the product is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend access immediately for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms. After termination, owners may export available data within 30 days, after which deletion procedures apply.
