Your local library should have a decent collection of books and even some audio tapes you can check out. By using your library you can cut the expense down on purchasing this material. Instead use a phrases such as, "I am relaxed", "I am in control", "I feel great today", "Life is good and everything in it is good". These positive words will become imprinted in your mind allowing for your subconscious mind maintain this outlook. By maintaining this outlook you will find that you are less stressed and that everyday challenges are getting easier to handle with minimal or no stress at all.
