Even though you know that there is information out there it is sometimes hard to know where to start. As human beings the majority of us need a place to start. There are some great books out there that will give you a starting point and help you to expand on your knowledge of self hypnosis. Self-Change Hypnosis by Richard Mackenzie is a great book to help you get started in using hypnosis to rid yourself of negative thoughts and opinions of yourself. Once everyone has reached a deep level of hypnosis begin using the positive messages. After the hypnosis session watch and see what progress mentally and physically you are seeing in your team members. Sometimes positive messages have to be done to fit the individual. So if what you are using is not working then try using different positive messages with the next hypnosis session and see if those fit to enhance your athletes. Now you will be breathing in and out and helping yourself reach a relaxed state. Once you are relaxed, you can begin to use your inner voice in your head to send your mind positive messages. Use positive words as the mind will wrap around the negative words and this will cause the self hypnosis to fail. As you walk toward the table that is on the path you have chosen you need to use positive messaging so that your subconscious wraps itself around this positive change. Now those are the things you must take responsibility for. You are the one responsible for becoming bitter over this event. You are the one responsible for letting your life fall apart over this event. This is a deep state of hypnosis. These brainwaves are present in our brains during sleep when we are dreaming and also during REM sleep. Trance: This is the state you are in while you are hypnotized. It refers to the altered state of mind you are in both alpha and theta. Waking hypnosis: This refers to being hypnotized naturally while we are awake and functioning.
